So how does it work?

How do I join the room?

Once you've booked your slot, a room link will be sent to you. This can then be distributed by you to your other team members. 

On the day of your booking you can join the room through the link sent to you by email.

When do I need to join?

We do ask that you join 15 minutes earlier than your booking time as we all know how technology doesn't always work the way we want it to, and this extra time just allows for any technical issues, or problems joining, so we can get your game started on time.

How many people can play?

There is a maximum of 8 screens allowed on the call, however you can have as many people as you like within those screens.

How does the game work?

The game operates in a DnD style, so when you enter the room the Gamemaster will run the game. They will take you through the room and you will have to instruct them as to what you want to do. Gamemaster's will interact with you and offer helpful nudges, however if you need a clue, be careful THERE ARE ONLY 3 so use them wisely! Gamemaster's will answer any questions you have, however if you ask questions such as "Where is the key?", or "How do I unlock the door?", they will of course not be able to answer you. 

 

How long is it?

You will have 1 hour to complete the game and escape! Think you have what it takes?

What does the /4 score mean?

We give an overall score out of 4 at the end of every game along with your escape time. The /4 score tells you how many you got right out of the following:

Who is the murderer?
What was their motive?

Did you find the murder weapon?

Did you escape?
